Overall Satisfaction with Procore
Our company uses Procore as a single source project management suite of tools to make information sharing easier across multiple levels of operations and multiple regions within the company. We were looking for a product that brought the various aspects of project management together into one place that also allowed for visibility down to the craftsman level. Procore is suited perfectly for our needs.
Pros
- Procore allows Project Managers to keep tabs of their project details easily and effectively. The cloud-based application is particularly helpful on the job site through the mobile app.
- The drawings tool within Procore allows me to send real time updates to the field in minutes. Craftsmen with mobile devices can see the up to date changes in real time.
- The Customer Service at Procore is second to none. The company assigned a personal sponsor to us as we rolled out the product. We could not have asked for a better experience.
Cons
- As a subcontractor, I wish there was a way to integrate my Procore jobs with the same jobs at the General Contractor level. Since Procore is permissions driven, I understand why this is a challenge.
- We believe we have had a positive ROI. We spend less time searching for documents and information.
