Overall Satisfaction with Procore
We use Procore on an individual job basis as it is the preferred construction software of our contractors. It allows the contractor to take responsibility for organizing the CA process instead of the designers which allows us to focus on CA tasks instead of both the tasks and the paper trail.
- RFIs are clearly listed and readily available with accountability for all parties.
- Automated tracking of when submittal reviews are due allows us to easily know our deadlines.
- Reports and Logs could be more easily accessed.
- Our client feels that the transparency that Procore allows helps them to make better decisions. We are happy when our clients are happy.
- As the preferred method of the contractor we are not assuming responsibility for the schedule of submittals and reviews. Any time we can reduce the liability its a win for us.
I have used a few different project management tracking softwares and the biggest difference that I have seen between Procore and other similar software is the user interface. Procore is much easier to navigate and simply put more intuitive. It's nice to see that someone finally took the user into account and not just the goal of project management.
