Overall Satisfaction with Procore

Procore provides a unified platform to record and track all communication and assign accountability and due dates to most tasks in the construction industry.

Pros

  • Daily Log is a great tool for tracking manhours and daily tasks on the jobsite.
  • Observations and Punchlist are great tools to record any observations that need to be corrected by a subcontractor. It provides communication and responsibility while associating the recorded observation with a drawing and/or location.
  • Slipsheeting drawings and maintaining the current set is a breeze.

Cons

  • Meeting Minutes can be made more user-friendly and given more customization.
  • There is no option to export a submittal/RFI with all attachments included as a single PDF.
Procore is more suited for general contractors to manage and for sub-contractors to be a part of a general contractor's network.
