Overall Satisfaction with Procore
Procore is being used across most of our operations department and flows somewhat into our accounting and sales teams.
Pros
- Storage and ease of locating something.
- Great for taking photos fast and interacting with design teams.
- Great for quick redlines/as builds of jobs.
- Great for maintaining open items only if it relates to your role within Procore.
- It solves having multiple locations for photos, observations, punchlists, open items, schedules, projects and places them into one location visible to all.
Cons
- Subcontractor buy in is always a problem.
- Some items I wish were more user-friendly and could solve all of our issues (like have the ability to pre set up photo albums for a project).
- Down time for maintenance, when working across different time zones.
- Some things in Procore Drive work better than Procore itself and same goes for the other way.
