Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our entire company uses Procore in the office and in the field. Procore helps us to share documents, photo, and information all in one place. We have recently started using more of the accounting features which is simplifying subcontractor billings and many of the subs like it as well.

Pros and Cons

Clean interface
Versatile

Not a fan of the new Favorites and banner layout.
Less clicking would be great. Some information is really buried.
Allow people/contacts within a subcontractor/company to be assigned functions/roles like who should receive commitments, requisition invites, etc., and would automatically populate their email to receive the respective item(s).

Return on Investment

Good tool to use.

Alternatives Considered

I have used Prolog for a short time. I wasn't the decision maker to select Procore, but overall I prefer Procore.

Likelihood to Recommend

Procore seems to be geared more toward larger projects and the project manager role. It is a bit more cumbersome for the project coordinator role and when you have several projects you need to access it multiple times a day.

I like it!
