Overall Satisfaction with Procore

My entire company uses Procore for document and file sharing. It features a great desktop application and even better mobile application for use in the field that allows for retrieving drawings or files as quickly as you can find them as well as measuring on scaled drawings for precise distances and areas.
  • Mobile user-friendly: great application overall
  • Desktop user-friendly: easy to use for administrators down to subcontractors
  • Network user-friendly: document sharing has never been easier
  • Procore could make the distribution of documents through email a bit better
  • Allow for easier uploading of DOT specifications
  • Make uploading revisions to drawings more seamless
  • Great for document sharing amongst subcontractors and engineers/architects
  • Allows for field personnel to spend more time working and less time searching or attempting to access drawings
  • Does not allow for easy changes to existing drawings in log
Procore is best used for construction management teams that have both field and office personnel. It allows the office personnel to make it as easy as possible for the field personnel to access drawings, documents, and project photos at the drop of a hat. The field personnel don't have to do anything other than use it.
