Overall Satisfaction with Procore

Procore is being used across our entire company. We use tools such as submittals, meetings, and observations daily for taking meeting minutes and distributing them, creating observations about safe work practices or unsafe situations, and even process invoices through submittals tools. It has streamlined so many of our day to day activities.

Pros

  • Submittals processing/routing, approval and rejection selections
  • Drawings tab, having all drawings in one place for field to access most current set anytime
  • Observations has allowed our company to correct issues within processes for our company

Cons

  • More depth for subcontractor/company insurance tabs, such as adding a licenses tab for subcontractors
  • Meeting minutes autosaving as updating
  • I believe this is a great product and has allowed our company to save countless hours of work between the field and office tasks.
It is great on all fronts at the field level but could have some better administrative tools/functionality.
