Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our company handles with Procore the entire issue of daily reports from the construction site, use of heavy equipment, entry of workers' hours, as well as the financial aspects associated with the project's subcontractors. Our company has integrated Procore with Sage 300. It has been interestingly useful to see how the modules interconnect and allow information to be available to all users in real-time (in most cases). It has been especially useful for the Payable Accounts department and the registration of supplier billings.

Procore is very useful for general/specialty contractor companies of any size, as it allows you to centralize the most common functions and tools of a construction project. It would perhaps not be recommended for companies that do not work with any standard coding scheme or system (such as CSI MasterFormat). It'll also depend on the tools that said company pretends to implement.
