Overall Satisfaction with productboard
Productboard it's used mainly as the system of record for all the product management area but we're also extending it as a collaborative tool with marketing departments for upcoming release planning. It's also used for all of our product management prioritization sessions across strategic drivers to align our company objectives for the year. For the capturing of feedback, we have standardized a Google form connected through Zap to productboard with the most relevant information we need to evaluate feature requests. Everything connects to productboard's inbox and then is categorized or added as insight for existing feedback from other customers.

- It's integrated with top project management tools as well as zaps for more customized processes.
- Gitlab integration would be awesome.
- Depends on your budget pricing may be a factor to consider.
