Great tool for sharing

We use ShareFile to securely share confidential documents, as well as a secure repository for external third party people or companies. It's also great to avoid sending large files over emails, as this product replace the actual file for a link do download the shared document.
Something that has been an issue is that we can't use a shared email account, that would be beneficial.

We don't really use Progress ShareFile for onboarding, but it would a great source for avoid printing documents and as an alternative for docusign, we don't use that either, user notifications is great, as there are some time sensitive documents sent to legal/ marketing and other teams internal and external

We no longer use the E-Signature feature, but it was a great option, we definitely take advantage of the secure request, share, and collaborate on files both within the organization and with external parties, such as legal, marketing, operations, we have not fin a use case scenario for the workflow feature
