Overall Satisfaction with ShareFile
We use ShareFile to store all of our firm's documents for our business management clients & keep everything organized for each client. We have folders for each client personally & each of their entities, & within each of those we have subfolders for different document types such as AP, AR, Boookkeeping, Financial Statements, Tax Documents, Contracts, etc.
Pros

- creating collections like Box has
- the copy folder function
- issues with it logging you out all the time
- enhanced security in sharing sensitive files
- efficient client collaboration
- improved accessibility
ShareFile has allowe us to manage all client documents in files & folders that make the most sense & are easy for our clients & employees to follow We can manage access to our firm & to our clients & outside parties.
Sharefile is great for e-signatures & we have used this fuction a lot. It provides security to our clients
ShareFile is cheaper, but I think Box had more user friendly features
