Overall Satisfaction with Projectplace

We use Projectplace as a collaboration tool across companies working on the same project.
It is a lightweight platform in terms of IT infrastructure, by far the easiest to setup accesses for.

Pros

  • New user access is easy to set up
  • Intuitive interface, user-friendly
  • Notification system using @

Cons

  • Folder navigation (clicking back brings user several folders back)
  • Our clients purchase it, we don't see the economics.
MS Project is not suitable for non-experts. Project management should, however, be an open activity as much as possible. Collaboration should be at the core. All this is far easier with Projectplace.
Very easy for any document sharing. Less appropriate when a high level of security is required.
