Overall Satisfaction with Prophix

All of my support tickets are answered promptly and issues have always been resolved quickly. The product works so well that technical issues, from an IT standpoint, are rare.
Prophix is being used by our accounting department. Prophix links with our Oracle system to pull financial data.
  • Enables accounting to pull financial data from databases and formats them into easy to use reports.
  • The new web console looks and works great but needs to have all the features of the smart client before we will start to use it.
  • Prophix definitely streamlines our accounting processes, especially at end of month close.
Prophix integrates easily with our Oracle database system.
We deploy on-premise. Deployment flexibility is not really a concern for us currently.
I have not used or evaluated any other products similar to Prophix.
Well suited for financial analysis.
