Overall Satisfaction with Prophix

[It's] Being used by the finance department for clinic managers and regional VPs. It is also being used by the accounting department for the pre-close processes and used by executives and ownership for month-end and year-end reporting. It is helping us ensure accurate and timely reporting and speed up our monthly close processes.

A little complicated, takes some maintenance in our instance, but very easy once you get it.
Very - everything moving to the cloud. Our only issue is how the cloud service matches up to our IT security posture. We are starting this process now and expect to be on the cloud in 2021
Always very responsive - great at introducing new features that are helpful and requested by power users.
Prophix is great for anything financial - including close process, budgeting, what-if analysis, forecasting, financial reporting, and dashboards for our operations users. We are still learning how we can use it for data beyond the financial.
