Overall Satisfaction with Prophix

We use Prophix to aggregate the data from our multiple lines of business for reporting. Also, we use it for budgeting and planning, and forecasting. We have many automated reports that go out to users that are extremely helpful, and once they are set up, we never have to think about them again. Prophix generates most of our reports for our close and budget process.

Prophix is much more user friendly than Biznet. It can also do a lot more and has more helpful trainings and tips.

Yes

Prophix is great for creating high level reports and sharing useful data with user. I would not recommend Prophix to a very small company, because they probably do not need something as robust, but larger organizations can definitely benefit from Prophix intuitive interface to share and aggregate data.
