Prophix is used to create the annual budget for our organization. It is the market leader in using different modules to budget both personnel and revenue.

The use of the DPM features in Prophix has greatly reduced our reliance on excel for both personnel and revenue budgets.

D365 lacked basic functionality to develop a budget. In its current form would have had to resort to going back to excel to build the budget.
Prophix is perfect for budgeting individual headcount for medium sized companies. Also very good at budgeting revenue based on individual leases with specific escalation dates. Finally, very good at budgeting depreciation based on a loaded capital plan and implementation date.
