Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Proposify is a great tool to create custom proposals that look nice for the client and are easy to create from the user's perspective. This will definitely move you away from the same old contracts and proposals! If you are creating proposals from scratch, get Proposify and you will be amazed!

Proposify stacks up well against its competitors. We tested all of these platforms. We found Proposify to be amongst the leaders in the look and feel of the software as well as the quality of the documents.

Where Proposify lacked in comparison to Conga and PandaDoc was in its integration into Salesforce CPQ.

Proposify is a great tool for a company with a standard proposal or contract that they are using in a pdf or word format right now. In that scenario, Proposify will increase your visual factor and brand awareness.

We ran into issues using Proposify with our Salesforce CPQ contracts and ultimately had to bypass it because of that. When we prepare a contract/proposal outside of CPQ it is still an awesome tool.
