Overall Satisfaction with Qualtrics

My university has a license for Qualtrics. It’s mainly used for academic and non-academic study. It helps to develop online surveys for targeted participants with a specific purpose.

Pros

  • Developing an online survey – massive responses
  • No need for data entry
  • Easy to modify the platform according to my needs

Cons

  • Excellent platform so far. But if I could suggest Qualtrics can provide templates for various types of study such as for matching study e.g. teacher and his/her students or supervisor and his/her direct reports. Right now we have to ‘code’ for having this design.
  • Positive: Massive responses
  • Positive: Report generation from the data
Qualtrics is popular among academics in my field e.g. management/business.
I can use Qualtrics for multiple study/project designs so far.
