Overall Satisfaction with Qualtrics
Here at South College, we are using Qualtrics for Course assessment. I have been involved with the development and distribution of the evaluations to appropriate program courses.
- The platform is very intuitive and easy to use. It's easy to create surveys and access data.
- Customer service is AMAZING! I love that you can actually call and talk to a human and get real time experts helping you resolve issues.
- So far, all of my support questions have been about curiosity - what can I do with this, or how can I implement this. They always know how to help find a solution!
- So far, Qualtrics has been able to do everything that I have needed, honestly, and it is all easy to figure out within just a click or two.
- We have not been using the Qualtrics platform long, but it has already been SO EASY to distribute surveys in a way that we get great response rates and maintain integrity of the evaluations. Much better than the previous platforms we have used.
I was actually not involved with the switch from our previous platform to Qualtrics, but I have been here for the early use. From what I understand, the distributions to students offer much more options, and the customer service with Qualtrics is much better.
