It is used to gain insight on employees thoughts and feelings. It helps us receive different aspects of employee feedback.
- Customer service - Very helpful. They will walk you through any question you may have regarding their system.
- User friendliness - Very user-friendly interface that allows for easy learning.
- Useful tools - all of the tools they offer are very useful and help tremendously.
- Adding potential features - taking feedback from customers and adding features.
- I haven't used it long enough personally to see the effects. But I do see the potential.
