Overall Satisfaction with Qualtrics CoreXM

We use [Qualtrics] CoreXM for ad hoc research, as well as anything we want our customers to get back to us on (maturity model assessments)

  • Integration with other apps - you have to sign into the Qualtrics system to do anything. I would prefer it as an add-on
  • Our VoC program is hard to quantify, but the impact has definitely been positive
]Qualtrics] CoreXM is great if you want something that is a little more [long] lasting and impactful than a simple survey engine, but aren't quite ready for something that is a long term sustainable program. I would put [Qualtrics] CoreXM squarely in the large, defined project phase. CX is more of the program phase, and other lessor vendors are great for the pre-project definition phase

It's simple enough but has enough features to create value. The real value is that you can expand into a more complex license or other features and your work won't feel lost.
Their technical support is phenomenal. What I particularly appreciate is they don't just answer my question, but are also willing to share best practices
[Qualtrics CoreXM is] pretty simple to use once you get stood up. You can use it for a lower level voice of the customer program until you are ready to upgrade to Qualtrics CX
