Overall Satisfaction with Quantum Workplace Engagement Surveys and Pulses

We used Quantum Workplace's Engagement Survey with a small sample of our employees in order to determine our level of engagement and the engagement drivers we need to focus on. We then used the results to make various business decisions. The data itself has also helped us get buy in for various initiatives.

I think the survey would work for any type of scenario where a company is truly wanting to measure engagement. The survey can be tailored to tap into various things the organization might want to assess, which is a big benefit.
