Overall Satisfaction with Qubit

We currently use Qubit in the optimisation section of the Digital department. It enables us to test out new functionality and/or things we think we solve problems customers are having before going forwards with the costly & timely process of implementing them on the site. We also have recently started using Qubit to segment our customers and serve them personalised content.

We've had many successes with Qubit, but one of the biggest & quickest impacts we've seen in terms of customer engagement has been with Social Proof - we saw a brilliant uplift in conversion when this was shown & it has really good PR within the business as well, particularly with the buyers & merchandisers
  • We've been able to discover how our customers use the site, broken down into segments, which our other analytics systems can't do
We've used the customer information to do a number of things on the site.

The main one has been to serve personalised / relevant content to our customers on the homepage when we know that they've shown a particular affinity to a certain product category.

Another way has been to pick up on pinch points in different customer segment's journeys & test ways to make these better
Qubit is well suited for companies who need to provide a strong business case before implementing any new functionality / changes to their website.
It is also great for making in-day changes and showing different content to different types of customers

I wouldn't recommend it if you wanted to do only testing or only personalisation - it works best and is most cost effective when doing both together
