Overall Satisfaction with Quick Base
QuickBase is used only in my department, Digital Solutions, to support project workflow. We use QuickBase to manage the project from the beginning, during the complete offer and purchase flow, and for the tracking of the production; we use it for the tracking orders and invoicing. It is used as a document repository as well.

- Different views for different cluster of users
- Easy import/export of data and report
- A more precise control on data
- More customizable in terms of presentation (CSS of screens and so on...)
- More types (or user created) of reports
In my department, Digital Solutions, we have been using the product for many years but very very slowly we are trying to extend the product in other departments. It is difficult because it is not so easy to change people's minds that use other systems. My part of the organization has seen a lot of benefits using this solution.
I evaluated only 'Odoo' and our internal custom-made solutions. Quickbase is stronger than Odoo in customizability, and in a few hours you can set up a new project. Our internal customer solutions are not so flexible and are not customizable at all.

We have certainly achieved the aim of realizing our applications in a very short time and we have been able to release them for our internal uses very quickly. Even if we don't have many teams (only two) with which we collaborate our collaboration needs are completely resolved.
Well, last year I had to modify the application for a large customer a lot and then create another for a large customer. The activity was carried out in less than a month. Great success.
