Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Quick Base as a common tool accessible from different parts (PM, associates, researchers) that holds all projects, showing scope, contacts, background information and progress. It actually allows each team member to work together.

Pros and Cons

It explains what the scope of the project is.
It can be consulted and updated by different people.
It shows the progress of the project.

It should be more flexible in organizing the text.
It should allow for more notes to be shown in the summary page.
It should run more quickly - sometimes pages take forever to load.

Ease of Building Custom Applications

QB is a central tool in our work, our work is built around it.

Alternatives Considered

I know there are several but I only know of QB.

Goals with Quickbase

Improving our ability to drive insights from our data
Improving collaboration across one or more teams

We have been using QB in a better way over time but it has always served the goal to get insights on each project's status.

Ease of Updating Applications

We keep updating each project all the time. It works well but it is too slow.

Likelihood to Recommend

I would give a higher score if QB would be quicker/uploading faster.
