Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Quick Base as a common tool accessible from different parts (PM, associates, researchers) that holds all projects, showing scope, contacts, background information and progress. It actually allows each team member to work together.

Pros and Cons

Pros

It explains what the scope of the project is.
It can be consulted and updated by different people.
It shows the progress of the project.

Cons

It should be more flexible in organizing the text.
It should allow for more notes to be shown in the summary page.
It should run more quickly - sometimes pages take forever to load.

Alternatives Considered

I know there are several but I only know of QB.

Likelihood to Recommend

I would give a higher score if QB would be quicker/uploading faster.
