Overall Satisfaction with Quick Base

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I have used Quick Base in the past as a project tracking tool. I also used it for resource allocation. I still use it in that capacity but my current company is also using Quick Base to plan our data capabilities and soon it will be used as a CRM. So my department and one other use it currently. Quick Base allows us to see the status of all our projects and where each project's data status is.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Flexibility- We can continue to change things and grow and evolve
Versatility - We can create new reports and fields and filters

Cons

Being able to permission things across apps is hard
Date filters are a little unfriendly
There is more, but I haven't gotten into the weeds fully

Alternatives Considered

I have only used Quick Base.

Likelihood to Recommend

I have only used Quick Base for tracking projects for my professional services teams. But this is the third (out of 3) companies I have used it at.
