Across the whole organization. Addresses how we are paid—by what “code” or by certain grant funding. Allows us to submit vacation, professional, or personal leave requests.

Pros

Categorized codes: Able to be paid by a certain type of funding/leave time.
Emails you when you have to make changes to a timesheet.
Open 24/7 so you can access your account anytime.

Cons

It needs to be more user-friendly. Maybe it’s my organization and how they use Quick Base, but I had a hard time getting the hang of it for a while.
The phone app needs some adjusting. It’s very hard to use.

I think for the organization I work for Quick Base works great. There are several departments and we are all funded in multiple ways, so by being able to use codes for how those hours should be paid, we can accurately use that money for paychecks.
