Overall Satisfaction with Quick Base

Across the whole organization. Addresses how we are paid—by what “code” or by certain grant funding. Allows us to submit vacation, professional, or personal leave requests.
  • Categorized codes: Able to be paid by a certain type of funding/leave time.
  • Emails you when you have to make changes to a timesheet.
  • Open 24/7 so you can access your account anytime.
  • It needs to be more user-friendly. Maybe it’s my organization and how they use Quick Base, but I had a hard time getting the hang of it for a while.
  • The phone app needs some adjusting. It’s very hard to use.
We have achieved it. We can customize codes to be accessible for timesheets so we are accurately paid by each type of funding per code.

We have. The biggest thing is coding. Having access to inputting the right codes is huge for our organization. Almost every department is separately funded, so we have to make sure employees are being paid by the right account.
I have not updated a Quick Base developed application.
I think for the organization I work for Quick Base works great. There are several departments and we are all funded in multiple ways, so by being able to use codes for how those hours should be paid, we can accurately use that money for paychecks.
