We use Quickbase in several departments to assist in managing information that is shared across several locations.
- Easy to customize to your needs.
- Allows you to manage data from offsite locations without VPN access.
- Continually adding new features that allow us to continue to customize reporting and other functions.
- Formulas are easy to set up and use.
- User rights can easily be customized, this can create layers of access that in my experience can make it too complex when trying to add new features.
Quickbase has allowed us to manage consistently changing information easily. In our business our needs tend to be dynamic as we release new products or change processes. Quickbase makes it easy to quickly create a custom database to manage these changes without interruption to business and at no additional cost for development.
Quickbase is so easy to use. I have had some technical training and find it super easy but I've taught many who have had no previous experience. It's very basic and walks you through the necessary steps. When I have had trouble setting up a formula I have searched the resource database and found great examples that I was able to use to guide me.

It's great, anything can be done on the fly with admin rights, no need to send a request or pay for a developers time.
Quickbase can easily be customized to work as a CRM for small businesses or specific brands. We use it to manage sales funnels and order opportunities. It works well as we can continue to customize it as the business needs change without needing to pay additional fees.
