Overall Satisfaction with QuickBase

We use Quickbase in several departments to assist in managing information that is shared across several locations.

Pros

  • Easy to customize to your needs.
  • Allows you to manage data from offsite locations without VPN access.
  • Continually adding new features that allow us to continue to customize reporting and other functions.
  • Formulas are easy to set up and use.

Cons

  • User rights can easily be customized, this can create layers of access that in my experience can make it too complex when trying to add new features.
Quickbase can easily be customized to work as a CRM for small businesses or specific brands. We use it to manage sales funnels and order opportunities. It works well as we can continue to customize it as the business needs change without needing to pay additional fees.
