Overall Satisfaction with QuickBase
It is used by the entire organization. Using QuickBase allows me to house all of the documents and data that my team accesses multiple times a day in one spot. We have customized our QuickBase page specifically for my team. It allows my team to be efficient when accessing the data.
- Organization - storing all pertinent info in one location makes my team more efficient.
- Ease of use - I did not have to spend time training my team on how to use QuickBase. It is very user friendly.
- Import/Export - I can easily pull reports or export data sheets.
- Settings - could simplify the process of adding new users possibly?
We have benefited from using QuickBase. We use it across departments as well. Each department has customized their own page. However, I can go to any other areas QuickBase and find what I am looking for.
I have zero experience in IT and was able to set up my team's page, add users, set the reports I would need and have even trained new team members how to do the same. It is very user friendly and does not require technical experience.
