Overall Satisfaction with QuickBase

QuickBase is an amazing tool. We use it every day to keep track of our drivers and vehicles. We never miss a deadline and we are always compliant with the new rules and regulations due to having QuickBase.

  • Cross compatible
  • Expensive
  • No real pay function/track for our drivers
  • Some functions take long time to create
We have achieved this as we use it for:
- vehicles
- accidents
- drivers
- driver pay
- hirIng
- wifi
- repairs
-CRM
PrISM is better with driver pay but we can't use it as a fleet management system hence we still develop and use quickbase.
It is quite easy to figure out and has quite good help boxes in the system. Somethings are quite difficult - complex functions like grouping tables and data and finding your own framework. You will need to have experience in HTML coding which not everybody has.
  • Building and deploying business applications faster
  • Improving our ability to drive insights from our data
  • Improving collaboration across one or more teams
  • Solving a specific business challenge
  • Building and deploying an application (or multiple applications) that meets our exact needs
Creating a CRM data base that was linked up with a different program (PrISM). This went over all expectations and decreased our lead time significantly.
It is well suited as a fleet management tool and to keep track of our cars. It is not well suited for managing our driver pay.
