Overall Satisfaction with QuickBase
Quickbase is used across a whole department and for cross functional use with other departments. We use it for everything from tracking approvals to tracking orders to metrics. The tool is owned by one department but is used to drive workflows with other departments. Our tools have drawn interest from our international counterparts.

We have been able to make a ton of manual email and paper processes digital. We use Quickbase as an approval form for assets as well as an ordering form for content.
For the majority of our apps, non technical/non citizen developers have been used. I would say about 10 people or so. When we wanted to make Quickbase cross functional we brought in an IT consultant.

Updating for us is usually adding a field or two to a form. With Quickbase tools it was easy to use.
