Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Quickbase in a variety of ways. We have built applications in Quickbase for new hire processing, inventory and asset management and QA, and we have also written applications that our clients use.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Applications - Quickbase is very versatile when it comes to creating applications.
Reporting - Quickbase has a very robust reporting platform that is extremely customizable.
Documentation - Quickbase's documentation combined with community support ensures that answers to questions are easy to find.

Cons

I would like to see a few more options available for building forms (embedded images).

Alternatives Considered

Salesforce

Compared to applications like Salesforce, Quickbase is cheaper and much easier to deploy and maintain.

Likelihood to Recommend

Quickbase is ideal for small companies that need to create applications that mimic functions of larger platforms which may be out of reach due to costs and complexity of implementation.
