Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise
My company uses QuickBooks for all invoicing and payment methods. We have a total of four users who work with it. It allows us to give certain access to each user, which provides a great check and balance system. Using QuickBooks has given our company the opportunity to send professional invoices to our clients, track late payments, and create delayed charges so that we never forget to send an invoice.
- The delayed charge feature make sure we never forget to send an invoice.
- Each invoice allows us to customize and choose which payment methods we'll accept.
- Some of the export options are not as advanced as I would like them to be.
- I wish it had the ability to show me when other users are logged into the QuickBooks account.
- QuickBooks allows me to save templates so that I don't have to re-write an email every single time I send an invoice.
- Occasionally it will auto-populate the date with the most recent data you've used. This could be a drawback if you're creating quite a few delayed charges. If you don't double-check the dates, then it will send it as whatever future date you had recently used.
