Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise
QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise was used as our accounting software for 25+ years. During that time, we used it for payroll, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, along with keeping all of our books and finance records. WE have recently switched to the QuickBooks Online because we do not want to host a server any longer.

- In my experience, importing Files is tricky and difficult to understand
- Customer Service - we found it very difficult to find the right human to talk to about any issues or questions you might have
- Have to host on your own server
- we used this for a very long time so it did it's job
- customer service or integration service is difficult
QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise helped us grow tremendously with the ease of creating new departments or cost centers and the ability to create custom reports for just those cost centers. It has been used for many years and supported the company just fine.
WE have actually switched to QuickBooks Online. In my opinion, the cloud server is more secure and less expensive.
