We use QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise for customer management, invoices, payments, and expense tracking
Pros
- Easy to use
- Lots of parameters that can be logged
- Being able to create custom reports for my needs
Cons
- The invoice management is tough to navigate
- Two-Factor Authorization should be standard
- I would like to see some of the filter options more customizable
- Making the day to day more efficient is the best ROI
Our company has grown while using QuickBooks. It has not been a ton of growth, but taking advantage of the electronic and automatic invoicing has been beneficial.
The set up is easy on standard devices. The training does take some time. It is more so learning where everything is at. Once that has been completed using QuickBooks is user friendly.
We did some research before committing to QuickBooks so we were well versed in how we were going to use QuickBooks. At this time there have not been any unexpected benefits.
I have not used any other products like QuickBooks at this time
