Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise

Quickbooks Desktop Enterprise runs our entire manufacturing business. There are modules that we are just starting to incorporate as it took a little to get the non-users to understand what we already pay for and are not using.

Pros

  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Pays Bills - Sends Invoices
  • Provides immediate contact within the program to message other users cutting down on time to revert to email or call for answers

Cons

  • Ability to upgrade - We need to upgrade and have trouble finding out exactly how to do so since we have the program hosted by Realworks
  • Scan directly into the program. We need this ability returned
  • Education on setting up the inventory module
  • Quicker to complete tasks
  • Easy to accommodate customized report requests
We have had no limitations so far.
Setup and training are easy but I have previously been a Quickbooks pro advisor, diamond level so I understand a little more than the average person.
Non-users can get what they need from reports simply by describing the need and reviewing what is provided.
Ease of use, easier to train others that have never been bookkeepers.

Well suited for everything we need. the ability to customize reports is worth it's weight in gold.
