Standard software in the US but leaves a lot to be desired.

Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online Advanced

We use QBO Advanced to track expenses, issue invoices and receive payment, track A/R and A/P, and produce financial statements.

Pros

  • Track expenses
  • Invoice clients
  • Produce financial statements

Cons

  • cost of receiving payment from clients is high
  • ads are constant and take up screen space
  • too many nested menus waste my time
  • We are able to generate detailed reports that allow us to quantify per client profitability and adjust our prices accordingly.
  • We are able to generate financial statements that are trustworthy
We were set up in the first version of QBO by a previous bookkeeper and have not made the move to a different service due to the complexity of making such a move. We went from QBO standard to the advanced to be able to access more features.

I would recommend it for companies that want to use the software that is the standard in the United States for now.
I would recommend that companies seriously compare with competitors that are commonly used the world over before choosing QBO. Specifically compare features and cost and UX.
