I use QuickBooks Pro for my clients who are in need of accounting software for their businesses. I train and support their user issues.
- QB is fairly user friendly. It can be used as simply as a glorified checkbook to as detailed as they need.
- It can be adapted to pretty much any entities needs.
- I feel the inventory module is cumbersome and difficult for some clients to understand. Also the progress billing.
- QuickBooks helps in making the work flow more productive. It eases the portability of information.
