Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Pro

QuickBooks Pro is being used to handle the general accounting needs of the organization. We also utilize its payroll functions and allow the client to directly interact with Intuit to handle these functions. It's well suited to handling the accounts receivable and accounts payable functions as well.

  • Memorized transactions are difficult to change
  • Past periods should be closed automatically and require an administrator to access
  • Offers reasonable cost accounting software with good, easy to use features.

[Suitability depends on] a client's attention to maintaining the books and records. If they aren't interested they are better suited to finding someone who can handle this aspect for them and then utilize the reports to help run their business.

Take your time and think out the process before you start and show your clients how to organize their accounts to assist with their needs and to still meet your needs of preparing financial statements and tax returns.
