The Qulture.Rocks has been used by everyone in my company. Qulture.Rocks resolves issues such as sending and requesting feedback from teammates. It is also possible to schedule a conversation with the leader and mark the next ones. After this conversation with the leader, it is possible to highlight the goals to be met and their evolution in solving them.

Qulture.Rocks and Playvox have very different characteristics. While Playvox is more focused on learning through articles and training materials about customer service, Qulture.Rocks is more focused on feedback about our work and goals about it. With these different basic characteristics, it is necessary to use qulture rocks to continue evaluating the work done and improving the processes.
