Rackspace has infinitely better support than other cloud services providers I have had experience with. Their support via phone and live chat are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and I never have to wait longer than I feel is acceptable. Beyond customer service and technical knowledge, their knowledge base is very well written and thorough - many of my questions can be answered on my own through searching their intuitive knowledge base.
