Overall Satisfaction with Raiser's Edge NXT

Raiser's Edge NXT is used by the Office of Institutional Advancement to cultivate and solicit prospective donors to the college. Only this department uses Raiser's Edge NXT. It solves the challenges of interactions with various alumni and friend constituents that donate to the college. In theory, this program could be rolled out to other campus partners (career services, athletics, etc).

Raiser's Edge is well suited for a robustly-sized advancement shop, particularly those without a database administrator. However, in small shops, NXT may not be necessary as the cost-benefit ratio may not make it worth the institution's funds. The best way to use NXT is for a core group of Gift Officers.
