Overall Satisfaction with Redtail CRM

We needed an all in one place CRM to track the multiple financial accounts held at multiple institutions for quick glance guidance to be provided to the customer. Redtail CRM is a comprehensive one stop shop for the client information and allows for easy access when needed.

Redtail CRM is well suited for those with large client lists. It holds and organizes financial information and has tools for Financial Advisors that are helpful in follow up with clients

Using Redtail CRM

8 - We are a small Registered Investment Advising firm. Redtail is used by 8 other people in our firm in a variety of roles (para planner, financial planner, investment analyst, marketing, client relations, investment adviser...) We all use Redtail in a different way, some track client accounts and investments, some create activities to be completed for the client, some use if for meeting preparation... The ability to hold account information and document storage is what I use it for.

  • Tracking client likes and dislikes through UDFs for gift giving
  • Using memberships to connect our clients with shared COIs
  • We have not used Redtail Speak yet but are looking into it
  • We have just begun to build out the document storage and have more to learn about it
The platform is easy to use and train on. It is a one stop shop with all the information needed to maintain a clean client relationship. We recently had our scheduled audit done and Redtail was helpful in pulling the different reports we needed to produce for the audit

Evaluating Redtail CRM and Competitors

Yes - Redtail replaced Tamarac. Tamarac was not a user friendly interface, their were too many complex issues happening for our team with Tamarac and we weren't able to get them resolved.

Redtail CRM Support

We use the HELP section of Redtail often. If it is taking you more than 5 minutes to figure out than go to the HELP desk. We have had only great experiences when reaching out for help. We also LOVED the Redtail University we attended.

I was not a part of the platform purchasing decision.
At Redtail University I was the one in the room asking so many questions, but the Redtail team were so kind and patient. They walked me through all the areas I needed help in and connected me with someone who has been able to continue to support me even after leaving the University day.
