Overall Satisfaction with Referral Factory
I would use Referral Factory in my organization for my referral email structures. It is easy to use, user-friendly and the guide that comes with it is straight forward. What I liked aswell is the fact that you can customize the program to your own brand style, even with fonts, colors, photos and logos. Referral Factory makes referral programs way easier.

- It is user friendly, but I would make the brush for customization a bit more noticeable for users. Sometimes I was trying to find where I could customize my fonts or background etc.
- Some more Personalisation Variables that you can use. I could only use {First name} and {of the person referring}
- I would like to have some more pre-made templates.

I was using a few other places but they were very expensive so I would decide to go with Referral Factory. I do not have to play anually for this software to use, so monthly makes it more beginner friendly aswell and I could easily test it out and see if I would continue or not. I am glad that I could use and continue Referral Factory.
