Overall Satisfaction with Reply

Just for cold email outreach

Pros

  • Robust API, especially with clay
  • Clean UI
  • Multichannel, synchronised outreach

Cons

  • Simple Upsert addition so we don't have create lead and then 'call' that record from recordID to add it to a campaign. It's an additional, unnecessary step
  • clearer on pricing, struggled quite a bit to understand the pricing model and only found out after payment that certain things like unlimited warmup wasnt included
  • Mainly positive, but it's hard to quote a number as the impact hasn't been significantly up or down.
UX is clean, but not easy to understand or navigate especially when you're connecting it with third party tools and piecing together automations.
Reply is a decent alternative, but in my opinion, not much better than the selected platform alternatives

Multichannel, automated outreach through Clay where the email and linkedin messages are synchronized so we're able to contact our prospect on multiple platforms, get optimum mindshare without overwhelming them, and then understand when to stop the campaign because they've responded on a specific platform like LinkedIn or email.

Custom variables allow us to programmatically send through signal-based, hyper personalized messaging through to campaigns.
