Overall Satisfaction with Responsive

Responding to RFX and central repository

Pros

  • Logging projects for MI reporting
  • central repository is a huge bonus for the wider business, i.e., those who are not responding to RFX, who utilise as a knowledge base, saving RFX responders and SMEs email traffic

Cons

  • AI integration in the basic subscription, i.e., not to be charged as an addition
  • upload new content in bulk feels bulky - I can't offer a suggestion though!
  • time and effort saving
  • non-RFX colleagues are impressed with the tool when introduced, and keen for access
not at all - it would be great to include AI within the less expensive subscription (this will help me sell Responsive to Procurement come renewal!)
no - not really utilised to-date
AI keeps coming up and we have an internal team covering this space. While Responsive may be better vs an AI internal solution, I'm not particularly confident in renewing due to general budgeting. My concern is that because there aren't many RFX responders in the business, the content repository being used as a 'knowledge base' for the business isn't enough of a reason to renew... unless we get AI which comes at a higher cost
  • Loopio, Qvidian RFP & Proposal Automation and Proposal Management and Production System (PMAPS)
Better, with Loopio not far behind based on a qual and quant assessment at the time of choosing
