We use Reviewsnap for annual performance management reviews as well as intermittent performance evaluations.
Pros
- Easy to customize
- User-friendly platform
Cons
- The goals section can be a little difficult for employees to use - the roll-forward function has confused a few people.
- Much easier to use and more affordable than the previous software we were using.
