RFPIO allows our organization to manage multiple RFPs and Security Questionnaires at one time with a lean workforce. It streamlines our content and allows us to organize by product, user type, and specific use cases from our clients. As a company with several different products, and versions of our products, RFPIO enables us to quickly find the right content for the right product, and quickly return questionnaires to the requester. Our content stays updated because RFPIO allows me to assign owners to each question and answer pair, and it automatically requests a review and updates at our specified frequency.

RFPIO's licensing model is a bit different from others which worked better for our organization. Rather than licensing by a number of users, it's licensed by the active project. This allows us to add multiple users that are responsible for reviewing and updating content without taking up valuable seats. It also allows us to organize content by tags and we can also create custom "groups" of content. This allows us to control who can see the content in each group. RFPIO supports one question with too many answers, meaning we can have one question but have multiple answers for that particular question. This helps cut down on duplicate content and allows us to see all available answers to that particular question on one screen. There are so many more differentiators, RFPIO is truly the best proposal management software available today.
