Overall Satisfaction with RingCentral MVP
RingEX is used by our finance team, HR team, and reception area. It addresses our need to conveniently and securely send and receive fax messages. We send and receive many faxes over the course of a work week, and having a program that is conveniently at our fingertips helps our organization so much.
- Lives on your computer without taking up too much space
- Efficiently sends and receives faxes
- Very easy to edit and save different cover pages
- Design could improve, does what you need but doesn't look very exciting
- Ability to sort faxes into folders within the app would be nice
- Ability to retrieve deleted faxes would be helpful
- RingEX saves time, a very positive impact on our organization
- RingEX is convenient and easy to use, which saves a lot of hassle and frustration
- RingEX is straightforward and provides pretty much just what you need without too much unnecessary fuss or flair
RingEX is all that we have used. We do not have the time to try different products right now and also do not have a desire. Because it works and does what we need we are very satisfied so we do not feel the need to search out or try any other products right now.
