Overall Satisfaction with RingCentral

We use RingCentral across the organization. We are a relatively small company and RingCentral was very easy to set up. We use the RingCentral softphone in most instances however we also have purchased Polycom phones at some desks. RingCentral Meetings integrates with the RingCentral phone system and I can easily set up and join meetings from the interface.
  • Integrates phone system and meeting platform
  • Provides visibility to coworkers availability through HUD
  • Excellent VOIP call quality
  • It can take a couple minutes for calls to show up in the call log.
  • I have experienced reports of incorrect caller id on outbound calls
  • Setup of a new extension can be cumbersome.
  • Reduced cost using the RingCentral app in place of expensive VOIP phones
  • Integration with RingCentral Meetings allowed us to cancel a duplicate service from another provider and save money each month
  • Ease of use adding/removing users from the phone system
It's great for mobile users. You can install the phone app and provide a Bluetooth headset and users can make calls from the company wherever they may be.
